ALL-ELECTRIC EXPLORER FROM 03/2024 LOAD RETENTION GUARD HALF HEIGHT
Load retention guards, or dog guards as they are commonly known, allow your vehicle to be partitioned when carrying objects in the boot, to help keep the driver, passengers and canine friends secure.
To be fitted behind rear seats. Brackets kit also required, if the fixation provisions were not ordered when the vehicle was configurated from new (available separately).
Ford recommends that you use a qualified technician to fit parts. Damage owing to incorrect fitment is not covered under warranty.
Load retention guards and nets are:
- Designed to fit in the designated original fixation points in the vehicle and to help prevent obstruction of the rear safety belts
- Engineered to help protect passengers in the event of a collision according to ISO 27955
- Designed to help keep your loads secure inside your load compartment, even under heavy braking
These are products that require specialist knowledge and/or special tools for installation. The products are not intended for self-assembly without this specialist knowledge. If necessary, please contact an authorized Ford service centre or another qualified specialist workshop regarding installation.
